Strange Things happen....

I came home from my weekly clowning at the country club and Billy says lets go get some coffee at Starbucks. So we put the leash and collar on Ginger-pie and off we go.

When we arrive, we notice a lady parked next to us in a blue Camry...with orange spray paint painted all over her car and hubcaps. (interesting!) We go in and order our coffee. The employees were acting very odd. We thoughti maybe it was getting close to closing time. We go and sit outside to enjoy our coffee. A sheriff's car drives up behind the lady with the interesting car. He taps on her window and asks her some questions. Then another one drives up blocking our car and then another! At this point we were beginning to wonder if we should leave but nah, we not only were curious but we're blocked in! After she was checked out, the officer said "okay you and Santa (?) drive safely home" So with that statement, Billy sat for about 1 minute and HAD to find out what in world was going on with the interesting lady.

It seems that earlier (1 1/2 hours to be exact) she ordered coffee and spilled some. That upset her and she removed the protective cuff from the cup and threw it at the employee and proceeded to go and sit in her car for 1 1/2 hours! The employees observed her eating carrots and bananas and sharing them with a paper mache' friend in the passenger seat....(could that be Santa?) The employee went out to check on interesting lady and asked "are you okay?" and she answers "why do you ask?''

employee: "has your car been vandalized"

I.L. *interesting lady: "why do you ask"

employee: "strange things happen in Memphis"

I.L.: "strange things happen at Starbucks and strange things happen to you!"

Dunnn Dunn Dun!!!!

That is when the employee promptly came in and called 9-1-1 and that is why they wanted to close early and were acting odd!

After hearing this....Billy and I were very creeped out and promptly got in our car, raced home and covered our heads!!!!!
